Operations and maintenance of our nationwide fiber network is a
core competence for GlobalConnect. We monitor all solutions ranging
from individual IP connections to housing and access 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from our fully staffed OMC in
Taastrup. This means that we can offer SLAs with guaranteed high
uptime to all customers that use our infrastructure.
Our monitoring includes:
- Monitoring from our OMC and prompt intervention in case of
mishap
- High security and strict access control at all physical
locations and data centers
