Niels Zibrandtsen is the founder and primary owner - with his family - of GlobalConnect through ZS Holding A / S. He is also the founder of ZS Holding, Zone Systems, and Butler Networks. Niels Zibrandtsen has worked for Brüel & Kjaer, NCR, ABB, Dataco, and Radiometer International before he started his own business. Niels Zibrandtsen is a member of Telecommunications Industry (TI), and sits on the board of the Danish Internet Forum (DIFO/DK-Hostmaster), Energi Fyn Broadband A/S, and Energi Fyn Invest A/S. He is a member of ITB and ITEK. He also is sits on the Teleforum under VTU. He has been appointed a seat in the Danish Export Council appropriation committees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Niels Zibrantsen is passionate about the development of Denmark as a society driven by knowledge and information.

Claus Dindler has extensive sales experience from Rank Xerox and RE Dataco International in senior positions, from which he has gained substantial experience in IT systems, telecommunications, and international management. In 1993 Claus Dindler joined the consultancy company Team Learning A/S as a senior consultant, and in 1997 he became a partner. Claus Dindler joined GlobalConnect A/S in November 1999 as Sales- and Marketing Officer.

Claus Lund has worked with management and sales as well as implementation within the telecommunications and data industries for many years. Claus has held senior positions for several companies including Louis Poulsen Communications and Ementor. Claus has more than 8 years of experience in management and sales of data communications, and has a strong technical knowledge of copper and fiber transmission as well as LAN and WAN equipment. Claus Lund was employed in June 2005 as Chief Regional Officer in charge of Global Connect's office in Aarhus.

Brian Graven Andreasen, CFO
Brian Andreasen has more than 25 years of experience within financial control and mangagement. Brian started his financial career as an auditor at the Danish company KMPG and finalised his Bachelor working 3 years in the USA. Afterwards Brian has worked with financial control in companies like Minolta Danmark, Cinet Danmark, Metro Service and latest at Butlernetworks. Brian's wide experience covers company start ups, the development of processes and procedures, implementation of ERP systems, management and development of employees. Brian has worked as GlobalConnect's Chief Financial Officer with the responsibility of our Finance Team since June 2011.

Steen Pedersen, COO
Steen Pedersen has worked in the IT and telecommunications industries throughout his career, most recently as the CTO of the successful telecommunications operator Tele2 in Denmark. His extensive experience covers all aspects of technical management, including operations, support, quality assurance, human resources, and technical optimization. Steen Pedersen took up his current post as COO of Global Connect in October 2008, and he has since been the driving force ensuring that GlobalConnect's customers receive the ansolute best in quality and reliability.
Peter Olsen

Peter Olsen, CTO
Peter Olsen has extensive experience from the IT industry, and he has held senior technical positions at Cisco Systems, the former COCOM, and RE Technology. Peter Olsen has 15 years of practical experience in the design, implementation, and operation of major telecommunications and data networks. In addition he has a great deal of experience in electronics research and development. Before he joined GlobalConnect in the fall of 2003, Peter Olsen was in the venture capital business as chief of investments at DTU-Innovation, a investment company with ties to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Jørn Grankvist

Jørn Grankvist, CMO
Jørn Grankvist has worked with marketing nationally and internationally for many years resulting in considerable experience and a strong knowledge of data telecommunications technologies and markets. Today he is focused on developing GlobalConnect's skills and full potential in a rapidly growing market. The Marketing communications and product management are Jørn Grankvist's natural fields of expertise.
Oliver Beck

Oliver Beck began as Head of Department to advise the new providers of "City Carriers" and "Coop Rate Networks" in Gernmay. This brought him into technical management positions at HanseNet, one of the largest German city carriers, for whom he later took on the management of the Carrier Relations Department. In addition he has participated in building the networks and the operation of Metro Media Fiber Networks in Hamburg, Hanover, and parts of Berlin, and he has also managed the reorganization of an Internet portal service provider in Hamburg.
